Individual Therapy
I work with individuals exploring their authenticity, identity, and sense of self. Our work may look at how one copes with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational distress, chronic or acute illnesses, and life transitions. We may also look at the larger systemic issues we encounter including acculturation stress, power dynamics, and systemic oppression.
Sex Therapy
As an AASECT certified sex therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and polycules exploring their sexuality, gender, and identity. Therapy may address issues with sexual functioning, desire, arousal, or pleasure. We may explore gender identity, sexual orientation, and alternative relationship structures like ethical non-monogamy.
Couples & Relationship Therapy
I welcome all relationship types to explore their connection to self and other within this safe therapeutic space. This work may address issues with intimacy, communication, life transitions, parenting, or rupture and repair. We may explore how a relationship naturally evolves through periods of grief, aging, and identity development.
Fees
Individual Therapy-$180
Couples & Relationship Therapy- $200
Sex Therapy: 1 person: $180 | 2+ persons: $200

Insurance
I do not accept insurance but will provide a statement (superbill) at the end of the month for reimbursement. I recommend that you contact your insurance carrier with my credentials to inquire what services they will reimburse for and what amount will be expected per session.

Good Faith Estimate
According to the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to ask for a statement called a “Good Faith Estimate” detailing how much out of network care will cost you.
